R.W. Holmes arranges 6,075 s/f lease at 175 Middlesex Turnpike

Bedford, MA R.W. Holmes arranged a recent lease agreement totaling 6,075 s/f of office and flex space at 175 Middlesex Tpke.

Affera, a medical technology company specializing in solutions for the cardiac arrhythmia market, leased 5,575 s/f earlier this year and has now expanded to 6,075 s/f.

R.W. Holmes senior vice president David Gilkie represented the landlord, ConRes IT Solutions, while Joe Doyle of Cresa represented the tenant.

Gilkie said, “175 Middlesex Turnpike offers attractive office, R&D, and light lab spaces for lease. The building boasts amenities such as an electric car charging station and parking.”
