R.W. Holmes negotiates 21,843 s/f industrial lease for NEFAB Packaging
Franklin, MA R.W. Holmes has negotiated a new 21,843 s/f industrial lease for its client NEFAB Packaging.
NEFAB, a global industrial packaging provider that offers packaging solutions and logistics services to customers worldwide, is relocating from Bellingham, Mass., to 20 Liberty Way.
R.W. Holmes executive vice president John Eysenbach represented NEFAB in the transaction. CBRE represented the landlord, Stannah Property, LLC.
“We’re seeing a healthy demand for flex/industrial space across Greater Boston,” said Eysenbach. “We’re very pleased that we were able to find a perfect location that met all our client’s space requirements.”
