R.W. Holmes negotiates $5.3 million purchase for Brave Dog Properties

Norwood, MA R.W. Holmes negotiated the purchase of a 40,000 s/f building. The two-story building, located at 320 Norwood Park South, was purchased by Brave Dog Properties, LLC, for $5.3 million. The seller was 320 Enterprises, LLC.

Brave Dog Properties also retained R. W. Holmes as leasing agent for the property. The building is in a strategic location near I-95 and Rte. 1.

R. W. Holmes managing director Dean Blackey, corporate services director Elizabeth Holmes, and associate broker Mike Fahy represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Newmark senior managing director Taryn Wilson.

320 Norwood Park South is a 40,000 s/f, two-story building. The first floor was leased to a growing life science company, Medminder.

“320 Norwood Park will be undergoing major improvements under the new owner, including lobby renovation, exterior improvements, and common area amenity upgrades to become a class A option in the 128 South market,” said Blackey. “We’re excited to be retained as the leasing agent for the remaining 20,000 s/f. The building is extremely flexible and can be used for R&D, lab, office, or medical.”
