R.W. Holmes negotiates sale of lab/office building for $4.2 million

Natick, MA R.W. Holmes negotiated the sale of a lab/office building for $4.2 million.

Located at 12 Michigan Dr., the 27,000 s/f lab building was acquired by Copley Investments and sold by Natick Michigan Investors. R. W. Holmes senior vice president Craig Johnson, managing director Dean Blackey, and director of corporate services Elizabeth Holmes represented the buyer and the seller.

“We have seen a considerable uptick in demand for flex and lab buildings across Greater Boston submarkets,” said Blackey. “We have been fortunate to be involved with several significant transactions in Natick in recent months.”

Also, RW Holmes negotiated the sale of two other local properties, 13 Tech Circle, and 24 Superior Dr.

Located in East Natick Business Park, 13 Tech Circle is an 11,100 s/f office/flex building that sold for $3.99 million, or $360 per s/f. In addition, 24 Superior Dr., a five-story building with 107,300 s/f of office space, sold for $17.59 million.
