BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. has expanded at 4 Strathmore Rd. BJ's has leased an additional 6,000 s/f of office space and now occupies 10,000 s/f in the building owned by 4 Strathmore Road Trust. Headquartered in Natick, BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. is a leading operator of membership warehouse clubs in the eastern U.S. The company currently employs more than 20,000 team members and operates more than 170 clubs in 16 states from Maine to Florida. Garry Holmes, SIOR of R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. assisted BJ's in the transaction.
