RK Associates executes four leases at RK Easton Village totaling 17,000 s/f

RK Associates has executed four retail leases at RK Easton Village, the Roche Bros. anchored plaza on Rte. 138. Totaling more than 17,000 s/f, the recent leasing activity raises the center's occupancy from 75% to 93%. The newly acquired tenants include Dollar Tree, TDS Studio, Touch of Design and PC Guyz. RK Associates purchased the 102,000 s/f property from an affiliate of Centro Properties Group in December of 2008. R.K. Associates is a privately held, family-owned real estate development company which currently owns over six million s/f of commercial space, with expertise in the acquisition, development, and management of open-air regional and community shopping centers in New England and south Florida.
