R.W. Holmes represents Leewood
Realty in 58,500 s/f lease of industrial space

Haverhill, MA R.W. Holmes, one of Massachusetts’ largest commercial brokerage firms, entering its 50th year of serving owners and users of office and industrial property throughout Greater Boston, has completed the new lease of 58,500 s/f of industrial space at 66 Newark St.

R.W. Holmes senior vice presidents Mike Ogasapian, SIOR, and David Gilkie, SIOR, CCIM, represented the landlord, Leewood Realty, led by Peter Schwarz. The tenant, Frame My TV, was represented by JLL’s Jamey Lipscomb and Rob Mahoney.

“Given the amount of new construction in the industrial market, we knew 66 Newark had to differentiate itself as a build-to-suit opportunity. We advised Leewood to offer the project for lease with the option to purchase as we knew this would be compelling to would-be owner users looking for new generation product. We could not have found a better fit with Frame My TV, a local manufacturer that will have a home for years to come in where it all started for them,” said Ogasapian.

Located in the city’s industrial corridor, 66 Newark St. offers modern, high-bay warehouse and manufacturing space designed to meet the needs of today’s industrial users.

The transaction reflects continued demand for high-quality, customizable industrial product in the Greater Boston market.

Kevin Hancock, founder of Frame My TV said, “Haverhill was built on craft and industry. Our story began in one of the historic mills for our first 14 years until growth took us to Methuen. We’re proud to return by bringing our manufacturing back to the city and investing in building a facility where it all started – keeping jobs local and continuing the tradition of American-made excellence.”
