What do you do now and what are you planning for the future: Own and operate Rachel Gioia Associates since 1992. Commercial real estate appraisal and consulting. Full time commercial appraiser. An inbred entrepreneur (dad owned Lee Hardware in Bristol, Conn.) that worked my way up the professional ladder through internships and courses. Future: Commercial property is in my blood now and I expect to keep appraising for awhile.
Hobbies: Outdoors: Horseback riding, hiking, snow shoeing. Indoors: Jazzercise.
