David Rafus has joined Century 21 Commonwealth Commercial as an advisor.
Rafus brings experience with an ability to set and reach goals. Having served in the military, this experience led him into a management position in a large national company. Holding a degree in business, he moved forward into mutual funds, working with international and emerging markets, along with other types of securities. Rafus knows investments, closely working with his clients on their retail investment properties.
"David is highly motivated with positive energy and a down to earth attitude and has demonstrated a strong dedication to his clients and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. He is a valuable member of the Commonwealth Commercial team" said Thayer Morgan, director of commercial at Commonwealth.

Commonwealth Commercial, a full-service brokerage, leverages the Century 21 System's core strengths in the mid-tier commercial real estate and investment property markets including retail centers, office and industrial properties, and office tenant representation.

"Commonwealth Commercial has helped me to hone my industry knowledge of the Boston commercial real estate market and provide referrals to those customers who wish to make a commercial property investment, whether they would like to invest in a retail building in Waltham or in an apartment complex in Wakefield," stated Rafus.
