Boston, MA According to Dave Stenberg, Boston regional manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate, with offices in the Back Bay/Beacon Hill, South End, and Charlestown, the team of John Ranco and Joe DeAngelo brokered both transaction sides in connection with the $3.32 million sale of 7 Columbus Sq. in the city’s South End neighborhood. The five story Row House, circa 1900, is located across from historic Harriet Tubman Sq.

Featuring 4,240 s/f of living space, 7 Columbus Sq., is a four-family building featuring an owner’s penthouse duplex, two one-bedroom floor-through units, and a studio residence; the building is comprised of 15 total rooms, including six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and one half-bathroom. 

Architectural details and amenities such as high ceilings, marble fireplaces, and woodwork can be found throughout the building, which also features an exterior balcony and deck.

Stenberg said, “The sale of 7 Columbus Sq. represents a tremendous opportunity for development into multiple condominium units or a single family residence in the heart of the vibrant South End, with its numerous restaurant, retail, and transportation amenities.
