Recent accomplishments: Recently we represented the owner of a 54,000 s/f old mill property which had been converted into artist lofts. Our client had inherited the property and was eager to sell. Fairly quickly, we located an investor who was acquiring this style of property and had a closing.
Recently we located an underutilized parcel, containing an obsolete motel. The property had been for sale by the owner, for a long time. We contacted a client whom was looking for parcels with hidden value and redevelopment potential. After an arduous process of satisfying our client, the seller and the community, we closed on the property, which will be redeveloped into a retail.
