Nashua, NH Just shy of one year ago, RE/MAX Innovative and RE/MAX Properties announced a merger that would bring the two brokerages together to form one of New Hampshire’s largest RE/MAX franchises. Today, RE/MAX Innovative Properties and ownership team, Josh Naughton, Hollie Halverson, and Andrew White have officially launched  their brand new commercial & business brokerage division. 

Tapping the commercial real estate expertise of former Masiello Group senior business broker specialist, Jay DelMonte, RE/MAX is set to bring a fresh level of energy and service to the industry. Joining DelMonte will be commercial specialists, Kathy
MacKinnon and Rose Culver. 

“Forming a commercial division fulfills a goal of ours for 2019. Bringing in Jay, along with Kathy and Rose, to head up our new Commercial & Business Brokerage Division, will allow us to better serve the Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire markets,” said Naughton, broker/owner, RE/MAX Innovative Properties.
