Real Living Wareck D'Ostilio opens second office in Milford

Real Living Wareck D'Ostilio Real Estate has opened its second office at 174 Cherry St. The expansion of the office is timely, as Real Living Wareck D'Ostilio has seen a record sales increase in 2012. "We started with five agents and have increased to 18 in just 14 months. This move puts us closer to many of our existing customers and prospective clients in the Orange, Milford and upper Fairfield County," said John Wareck, partner and designated broker. The Milford office is located less than half a mile from the I-95, 39A exit/entrance and under a mile from the Milford Green. "While we continue to focus on Greater New Haven and the Yale community in our New Haven location, this new Milford office allows us and our agents to expand in more directions. It fits well with our business strategy for the future," said Wareck. "Today's consumers want a full relationship with their real estate agents and the company that stands behind them. Real Living continues to help us deliver a fresh message that speaks to the consumer on multiple levels," said Wareck. "We continue to expand on the Real Living branding."
