Red Oak Apartment Homes, Inc. purchases Richmond Vista Apartments for $22 million

According to Ronald Dupont, president of Red Oak Apartment Homes, Inc., the company has acquired Richmond Vista Apartments for $22,032,619. This apartment community will be now known as Redstone Apartments. This location consists of 206 apartment homes and single family homes. The address is 10 Sentinel Court near Rtes. 3, 93, 293 and less than 1 mile to the Mall of New Hampshire. The property features 195 one and two bedroom pet friendly apartment homes and 11 five bedroom single family homes that were recently built. Two bedroom apartments feature 2 baths and single family homes feature 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Residents enjoy central heat and air-conditioning, large baths, fully applianced kitchens and an in unit washer and dryer. Manicured grounds, BBQ areas, playgrounds, and plenty of parking are on the property. The South Manchester Bike Trail is directly across the street as are Manchester Transit Authority bus routes. Red Oak has made great strides in 30 years. The business has grown to 34 employees and more than 1,500 apartments. Red Oak has apartments for every lifestyle from luxury to affordable living.
