Redstone represents 1820 Shelburne Road, LLC in $890,000 purchase
1820 Shelburne Road, LLC purchased an 11,280 s/f building on 1.05 acres at 1820 Shelburne Rd. for $890,000 from owners Fessou Enterprises and Vanina Wilson. This property will be the future home of Leaps & Bounds Childcare. Ross Montgomery of Redstone represented the seller, and Dave Kelly of Highpoint Realty procured the buyer.
