Reed of Stebbins Commercial brokers $2.6m sale
Manchester, NH Mike Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties LLC has completed the sale of 35,000 s/f office/warehouse building at 305 Massabesic St. from Ty-Flot, Inc., to Tokena Corp.
Reed of Stebbins represented the seller and assisted the buyer.
According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $2.6 million.
