Reed of Stebbins Commercial Properties brokers $1.975 million sale of 31,000 s/f building
Londonderry, NH Michael Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc., completed the sale of the 31,000 s/f industrial building at 15 Industrial Dr. from Grey Light Realty LLC to Sampo Properties.
Reed represented the seller and assisted the buyer in the transaction. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $1.975 million.
