Reed of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. completes 30,000 s/f lease to Mentis Sciences, Inc.
Mike Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. completed a five year lease of the former Cummings Building at 215 Canal St. to MSI - Mentis Sciences, Inc. who will be the new tenant. The total space leased was 30,000 s/f.
Reed represented the landlord, 215 Canal St. LLC.
