Reed of Stebbins Commercial Properties sells 10,500 s/f for $405,000

Manchester, NH Michael Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties LLC, completed the sale of the 10,500 s/f building (formerly Purely Wood Furniture Store) at 293 Elm St. from 293 Elm Street LLC to Tokena Corp.
Reed represented the seller, and assisted the buyer. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $405,000.

West Roxbury, MA Prescott IOS has arranged an industrial outdoor storage lease for Eastern Bus Company at 151 Rivermoor St. David Skinner and Devon Wagner of Prescott IOS represented the tenant, while Caroline Munn nd Rob Byrne of CBRE represented the landlord, Feeney Brothers Real Estate. The 40,000 front foot site gives the bus operator secured yard space close to the routes it serves across Boston and the inner suburbs.
