Reese Commercial closes $1.12 million industrial sale

East Hartford, CT Reese Commercial Real Estate Services has closed the sale of 54 & 50 Alna Ln., comprised of a 12,404 s/f industrial building on 1.83 acres and a 1.13 acre parcel of land, respectively.
Also, sold in the transaction was 181 Wayside Dr., West Springfield, Mass., an 8,400 s/f industrial building on a .52 acre parcel.
Dale Reese, managing principal of Reese Commercial represented sellers, MEDD Company LLC, Alna East LLC and Wayside West LLC. The buyer was SSG Holdings LLC and the tenant in both locations is Bobcat of Connecticut, Inc., a sales and service dealership.
