Reese Commercial Real Estate sells 1,431 s/f office/condo for $208,000
South Windsor CT Reese Commercial Real Estate Services has closed the sale of 304 Wentworth Park located at 225 Oakland Rd., for Gerald & Francine Schenk. Bellamy Home Improvement, Inc. purchased the 1,431 s/f office/condo for $208,000.
Dale Reese, managing principal of Reese Commercial represented Gerald & Francine Schenk, the seller. The buyer, Bellamy Home Improvement, Inc., was represented by Carol Asklar Realty.
