Reese Commercial sells portfolio in East Hartford for $800,000
East Hartford, CT Dale Reese, CCIM completed the sale of a rooming house portfolio consisting of three properties and five buildings. The $800,000 sale comprised of 38 individual units and one 850 s/f commercial tenant.
Dale Reese, CCIM, managing broker of Reese Commercial represented 18 Brewer Associates LLC, 26 Sisson Associates LLC and 217-221 Burnside Associates LLC, the seller, and procured the buyer, 44 Connecticut BDLV, a local investor.
The seller had tried to sell the portfolio for over two years but was unsuccessful. Reese Commercial brokered the transaction in less than five months.
