Regazzini of Combined Properties arranges 9,038 s/f lease
renewal to NICE North America at Two Corporation Way

Peabody, MA According to Combined Properties, Inc., NICE North America, formerly Nortek Security & Control, LLC, has renewed a 9,038 s/f lease at Two Corporation Way, a first-class office building in Centennial Park.

NICE North America is a leader in wireless security, home automation and personal safety systems and devices. NICE has more than four million commercial, residential, and personal systems deployed and more than 20 million connected wireless devices.

“The city of Peabody continues to attract and retain prominent new businesses to Centennial Park by highlighting the park’s most attractive features, like its outstanding location, direct highway access, and the industry-leading companies that are already rooted there,” said Greg Regazzini, senior vice president and director of leasing at Combined Properties. “This sharpened focus on Centennial Park coupled with the specific features available at Two Corporation Way is bringing new businesses like NICE North America to the park and this building specifically.”

Nortek joins fellow occupants North Shore Physicians Group, Warren Group, and the recently signed Eliot ACCS/ CBHC at Two Corporation Way. 

Leasing activity at Two Corporation Way has increased significantly since Combined Properties previously executed upgrades to the building’s common area.

Regazzini represented the landlord in this transaction while NICE North America was represented internally.
