Regazzini of Combined Properties arranges 18,581 s/f office lease

Peabody, MA According to Combined Properties, Inc., HTS Engineering has signed a 18,581 s/f lease at One Corporation Way in Centennial Park. HTS is one of the largest independent built-to-order commercial and industrial full service HVAC manufacturer’s representatives in North America.

“One Corporation Way, one of five buildings in our Peabody portfolio, is an excellent fit for HTS Engineering,” said John Pereira, president of Combined Properties. “The Centennial Park area is becoming a hub for many business leaders including Analogic, Boston Children’s at Peabody, Cardinal Health, and Carl Zeiss. HTS will be right at home in the park.”

Tamie Thompson, a managing director of the JLL Boston office represented the tenant. Greg Regazzini of Combined Properties represented the landlord.

Centennial Park is located at the crossroads of Rte. 128, I-95 and Rte. 1, and is 17 miles to Boston and Logan International Airport. Located off exit 28 on Rte. 128, the business park offers users highway access.
