Regazzini of Combined Properties brokers 5,464 s/f retail lease
Combined Properties Inc. has signed a lease with Agave Mexican Grille and Tequila Bar for 5,464 s/f of space at 270-280 Medford St.
Agave Mexican Grille and Tequila Bar will be Malden's newest neighborhood restaurant and will bring the atmosphere and flavors of Mexico to a city fast becoming known for its ability to recruit new and seasoned restaurateurs alike.
Agave Mexican Grille will provide a dining experience whether you go for your next luncheon, romantic dinner, group event or just a fun night out on the town. Whether it's ordering from an eclectic menu of modern Mexican cuisine, to sampling the largest tequila selection north of the Rio Grande or a lively bar scene, Agave Grille will offer something for everyone and be a great place to return.
Agave Mexican Grille's new home at 270-280 Medford St. is owned and operated by Combined Properties. This prime retail location, situated half way between the Wellington Circle and Malden Center Orange Line T stop, has recently undergone extensive improvements to the building façade and grounds.
According to Agave ownership, the recent improvements to the property along with the corridors continued growth were both contributing factors in their investment. With renovations complete and the retail market thawing, Combined Properties is bullish that the remaining 3,000 s/f will lease quickly.
