RHYS Commercial named agent for Elm Street Partners portfolio

After acquiring over 90 exclusive listings in its first four months of business, regional real estate services firm, RHYS Commercial, has signed on three new Connecticut retail listings that are a part of real estate investment company Elm Street Partners' extensive portfolio of properties. "The three properties are in prime, well-trafficked locations that are within close proximity to a number of strong national retailers and present excellent exposure for potential tenants," said Kristen Martin, an associate within RHYS' Retail Leasing Division, and the exclusive listing agent for the retail spaces. One of the spaces is the newly constructed 5,200 s/f free standing retail building located at 22 Pine St., and is versatile enough to accommodate retail, medical or office tenants. Located directly across the street from the New Canaan Metro-North train station and next door to the post office, Martin has already received a good amount of interest from many potential tenants on this space. Daddy's Plaza and Peck and Post Plaza, shopping centers located on 517-519 and 521-547 Boston Post Rd. in Orange, respectively, together offer over 62,000 s/f of retail space. Adding to the visibility along the shopping corridor are plenty of signage opportunities, including the front and side of the available end cap space.
