Vocell Bus Co., New England's leading school-bus transportation company locally owned and operated by the Goodman family, occupies 16,000 s/f. Interline Brands, a leading direct marketer and distributor of plumbing, electrical, and security hardware, HVAC and related products, occupies 20,000 s/f. General Insulation, a major distributor of commercial and industrial insulation, HVAC products, and fire stop products, occupies 40,318 s/f at 378 Commercial St.
