Region Commercial brokers $685,000 sale of 13,226 s/f commercial/industrial property to DiLeo Properties LLC

Orange, MA Region Commercial negotiated the sale of a 13,226 s/f commercial/industrial property located along Rte. 2A at 136 New Athol Rd.

The property, which is on 3.036 acres, was sold by Quiddlers LLC to DiLeo Properties LLC for $685,000. Region Commercial represented the seller on an exclusive basis and sourced the buyer of the property.

Located with visibility and access, the building offers street-side parking for customer access as well as drive-around functionality at the rear.

“This will be a terrific location for DiLeo Gas & Propane. With so much visibility and great access for staff and customers, we think they will be great stewards of the property going forward,” said Mitch Bolotin.
