Region Commercial leases 24,000 s/f in Chicopee, MA and arranges $827,000 sale in West Springfield, MA

33 Haynes Circle - Chicopee, MA

Chicopee, MA Region Commercial has leased 24,000 s/f of industrial space at 33 Haynes Circle. The building is now fully rented. Located off the Massachusetts Tpke. (I-90), 33 Haynes Circle is an ideal warehousing location for service providers in need of a flexible/accessible facility. The building features multiple loading docks, ample overhead doors, and office areas along with outdoor storage possibilities. The new tenant will join other local businesses at the facility, including Green Mountain Electric Supply.

“It’s great to see this former single-occupant property expand to be able to serve multiple area businesses,” said Ben Bolotin of Region Commercial. “We’re excited to see another terrific local service provider join Green Mountain Electric Supply who recently acquired the property.”

33 Westfield Street - West Springfield, MA

Region Commercial has also completed the sale of 33 Westfield St., a 7,940 s/f commercial property in West Springfield, Mass. The property sold for $827,000 to Crocker Design Group, out of Hingham, Mass. who plans to open up an office in the area.

Located near downtown West Springfield’s shops, restaurants, and municipal offices, 33 Westfield St. offers a combination of visibility and accessibility. The property’s central location provides easy access to Riverdale Rd., downtown Springfield, and major highways including I-90 and I-91.

Crocker Design Group, a leading civil engineering and land surveying firm headquartered in eastern Massachusetts specializes in property land surveying and the design, permitting and construction administration for real estate development projects throughout Massachusetts and beyond.
