Related Beal welcomes Strong Pilates to Kenmore Square

Boston, MA Related Beal has welcomed Strong Pilates as the newest retail tenant at One Kenmore Sq.

Strong Pilates delivers a fitness experience that fuses Pilates, cardio and strength training into a low-impact and high-intensity workout. Known for its custom-built “Rowformer” and “Bikeformer” machines, the brand currently operates over 100 studios globally. The Kenmore Square location is expected to open in Summer 2026.

“We continuously strive to partner with tenants that bring new experiences to the neighborhood, and we look forward to welcoming Strong Pilates to Kenmore Sq.,” said Erin Orpik at Related Beal. “Their innovative approach to fitness not only complements the dynamic character of Kenmore Sq., but enhances the neighborhood’s mix of offerings, reflecting our commitment to thoughtful, community-centered development and a focus on health and wellness.”

The new lease agreement is the latest milestone for Strong Pilates, which has recently embarked on a major expansion with several locations expected to open across the United States in 2026 and plans to establish a significant presence in Australia, Singapore, Asia, the UK, and Canada. In identifying the right location for one of its first Boston studios, Strong Pilates was drawn to Kenmore Square’s centralized location, public transit options, and Related Beal’s commitment to adding to the neighborhood’s vibrancy.

“Related Beal has been an exceptional partner throughout this process, and we’re thrilled to bring Strong Pilates to Kenmore Square. Boston is a market we’ve had our eye on for some time, and One Kenmore’s centralized location, transit access, and vibrant tenant mix make it the ideal home for one of our first studios in the city. As we continue to grow our national footprint, we remain committed to bringing health and wellness to the communities we serve, and we couldn’t be more excited to join the Kenmore and greater Boston community,” said Logan Paquin, director of Real Estate, Momentic Studios.

In addition to Strong Pilates, Related Beal has welcomed several new tenants to One Kenmore Sq. in the past year, including a boutique wine retailer and a biotechnology company.

Located in the Fenway-Kenmore neighborhood of Boston, One Kenmore Square is a two-building, 471,000 square-foot lab, office, and retail development just steps from Fenway Park and marked by the iconic Citgo sign. The development consists of the Commonwealth Building, fully leased to WHOOP, and the Beacon Building, offering adaptable retail, lab, and workspace with direct access MBTA transit connections.
