Larry Landry, Arthur Tuttle Jr. and William Whyte recently reviewed a 30 day progress report on the sale of the Monson Academy property. After 30 days as exclusive agent, Whyte Co. has sold over $200,000 of real estate in the Monson Academy complex, including five residences and dormitory buildings and some land. Still remaining for sale is Alumni Hall with library and auditorium attached consisting of 60,000 s/f at a price of $200,000; the almost new Nelson Dormitory, with 48 rooms selling for $250,000; Harpor and Holmes Gymnasiums, built in 1962 and selling fro $150,000; 47 room Cushman Hall at a price of $50,000; Holmbrook Hall which includes a ski slope with rope tow and four tennis courts for $35,000; and over 150 acres of land which can be sold as individual units or as a package.
