Residential Properties Ltd. hires Conway-Catanzaro as sales associate

Residential Properties Ltd. has hired Sandy Conway-Catanzaro. She joins as a full-time sales associate, bringing her penchant for architecture and interior design to the company. Catanzaro obtained her real estate license in 2007. Her knack for problem solving proved valuable in this rocky market, and cultivated an interest in foreclosures and short sales. Her approach to the industry is founded on communication and integrity; her mission is to "do it right the first time." This aim has lead to numerous closings, but has also fostered solid and lasting relationships with clients. To Sandy, this is the most rewarding part of the business. She is a member of the Kent Washington Association of Realtors (KWAOR) and holds the designations of Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). A native Rhode Islander, Catanzaro grew up in Warwick and stayed in-state for college, attending the Rhode Island school of Design. Here, she nurtured industry related interests, studying architecture, construction, and interior design. Catanzaro started an interior design firm after graduation, but switched over to the construction business in 1990, working as a land developer and contractor. She also dabbled in investment properties. Catanzaro then acquired a degree in Business and Science from CCRI, and worked for a business management consulting company, helping small businesses become more profitable.
