Residential Properties Ltd. hires Erkkinen to its Providence location as a sales associate

Providence, RI Residential Properties Ltd. has hired Susan Erkkinen to its Providence location as its newest sales associate. A resident of Providence’s East Side for 40 years, Erkkinen has been selling real estate in Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts for over 30 years, and is delighted to join Residential Properties Ltd.

“For my entire real estate career, I have enjoyed working alongside [RPL] agents,” she says. “It feels like I have come home and I am happy to be a part of this large family.”

Erkkinen has earned the title of Multi Million Dollar Sales Producer and has received Rhode Island Monthly’s Top Real Estate Professional Award in the years 2012-2016.

“I have accumulated many years of invaluable experience, but I now feel I can offer my clients an even higher level of service,” she said. She cites RPL’s marketing & technology department as a resource she’s excited to utilize, and is amazed by what the company offers not only to its customers, but its agents as well.

Residential Properties Ltd. is one of the largest privately held real estate companies in Rhode Island and has been serving sellers and buyers of distinctive properties since 1981 through service, innovation and sheer hard work.  The company, with five offices located in Barrington, Cumberland, East Greenwich, Narragansett and Providence, services all of Rhode Island, the Connecticut shoreline and southeastern and central Massachusetts.  In addition, the relocation department assists buyers and sellers on transactions throughout the country.
