Resonetics leases 50,000 s/f at Liberty Woods Technology Center: Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England leasing agent

According to Liberty Companies, Resonetics has relocated to Liberty Woods Technology Center at 44 Simon St. Resonetic's new headquarters consists of 50,000 s/f of office, manufacturing and R&D space.
Resonetics joins Axsys Technologies, division of General Dynamics, as the lead tenants at Liberty Woods Technology Park, a 240,000 s/f high tech/manufacturing complex located in a federal HUBZone and a New Hampshire Economic Revitalization Zone, allowing certain tax benefits to users.
Liberty Cos. has retained Grubb&Ellis|Northern New England to continue the leasing activities at Liberty Woods Office Park / 44 Simon St. Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England played a role in Liberty's purchase of a 227,000 s/f warehouse/manufacturing facility at 1 Cellu D. in December of 2010, by securing a tenant that leased approximately 65% of the building as part of the acquisition.
Liberty Woods is located just off exit 5 of the Everett Tpke. (Rte. 3). 1 Cellu Dr. is undergoing renovations.
