Resource Controls selected as engineering to renovate RI State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks

Lincoln, RI Resource Controls is part of the design team, which was selected to renovate the historic RI State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. Resource Controls responsibilities included civil and environmental engineering services such as performing hazardous material inspection of the building, including preparation of hazmat abatement plans. Civil site analysis and design including utility & parking upgrades, stormwater drainage management and preparation of design plans and specifications. The building was constructed in 1931, and is in need of upgrades to accommodate new programs and staffing needs for the Rhode Island State Police.

Resource Controls has nearly 100 years of combined experience with providing strategic due diligence, engineering design, environmental consulting and construction management.
