Reveler Development welcomes first residents to Lofts North at The Levee

Biddeford, ME Reveler Development made known that Lofts North at The Levee has officially welcomed its first residents, marking another significant milestone in the continued transformation of the town’s historic mill district into a mixed-use neighborhood along the Saco River.

Located at 10 Upper Falls Rd., Lofts North offers 51 designed apartment homes that blend modern living with the energy and convenience of The Levee, a growing destination for dining, entertainment, hospitality and community experiences.

In its first week of occupancy, the community is already 30% leased.
