RGN handles sale of former Il Monticello Banquet Hall to Elevate Life Church

Meriden, CT RGN Realty has completed the sale of 577 South Broad St. The property, formerly known as Il Monticello Banquet Hall, has traded hands multiple times in the last few years and is now slated to become the new home of Elevate Life Church, currently located in Wallingford, Conn.

Ben Bolotin of RGN Realty, a regional commercial real estate brokerage company based in Mass., represented the seller, and LynnAnn Weed of Weed Realtors based in North Haven, Conn., represented the buyer.

The sale price was not disclosed.
