RHYS leases 5,000 s/f to Hermès of Paris
RHYS Commercial recently leased 5,000 s/f at 289 Greenwich Ave. to Hermès of Paris, Inc. Dominick Musilli, executive vice president and principal, and Cory Gubner, president and CEO, were the sole brokers in the transaction. Hermès signed a long-term lease with Willett Cos., the landlord.
