Rich of Cardente R.E. sells $345,000 office condo
According to Cardente Real Estate, Stone Coast Holdings, LLC has purchased a 3,045 s/f office condominium at 535 Ocean Ave. for $345,000.
This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Karen Rich.
