Richard and Drinkwater of Marcus & Millichap handle six retail sales totalling $68 million

Canton, CT Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, completed the sale of six retail properties located in Roanoke, VA; Syracuse, NY; Canton, CT; Lago Vista, TX; Louisville, KY; and Nanuet, NY, according to Tim Thompson, regional manager of the firm’s Boston office. The assets sold for a total of $68,257,307. Seth Richard and Laurie Ann  Drinkwater, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan and Boston offices, represented the sellers. The properties were sold in separate transactions representing several categories of both buyers and sellers, from institutions to private investors and 1031 exchange buyers.
