Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC leases 15,000 s/f to BodyScapes Fitness

Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC (RBJ&P), a full-service commercial real estate advisory firm, represented Harvard Medical School in a 15,000 s/f lease with BodyScapes Fitness at The New Research Building, located at 77 Ave. Louis Pasteur. BodyScapes, a locally owned fitness center, has taken management of the fitness center formerly occupied by Fitcorp. The fitness center is located on the second floor of the 525,000 s/f building. Robert Richards, president, and Chris McCauley, senior vice president, of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented Harvard Medical School in the transaction. BodyScapes was represented by Matt Curtin of The Dartmouth Company.
