Riordan named Engineer of the Year

James Riordan, building engineer at High Ridge Park Corporate Center, was recently named Engineer of the Year by the Southern Connecticut Building Owners and Managers Association. Riordan, 78, has worked as engineer at the park since 1971.
"We nominated Jim because of his outstanding dedication," said Jodi Gutierrez, vice president of property management for George Comfort & Sons, the real estate firm that owns and manages High Ridge Park. "He is on call 24/7 and demonstrates the highest level of commitment to the property."
