Rivard joins Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates as a commercial finance advisor

According to Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Chad Rivard has joined the firm as a commercial finance advisor in their commercial finance division. Rivard will provide comprehensive finance expertise to commercial property owners, businesses and real estate investors. With his 15 years of mortgage banking experience, combined with the Kelleher & Sadowsky platform, Rivard will provide critical services to the greater New England market, allowing his clients to negotiate the most favorable interest rate, term and loan covenants on both new mortgages and the refinancing of existing loans. Prior to working at Kelleher & Sadowsky, Rivard worked for Bank of America and most recently at Santander and has completed over 2,500 mortgage closings worth nearly $300 million.
