Riverside Properties, Inc. acquires 5-building Route 3 Industrial Park from Finnell Properties

Weymouth, MA An affiliate of Riverside Properties, Inc. of Wellesley acquired Route 3 Industrial Park from Finnell Properties. The park was developed by Finnell Properties in the 1970s and into the 1980s.

Riverside Properties, Inc. is now managing the property and marketing available space for lease.

Since acquisition, Riverside has signed new leases with both new tenants and existing tenants for more than 50,000 s/f of space.

Route 3 Industrial Park is a 5 building, 246,625 s/f industrial park. The well-manicured 20 acre park was developed from 1978-1986. It is professionally managed and is home to more than 40 businesses. There is a combination of office, warehouse, manufacturing and service-based businesses in the park. Unit sizes range from 2,500 -15,000 s/f.

Route 3 Industrial Park is conveniently located at 36-106 Finnell Dr., near the intersection of Rte. 3 and Rte. 18. It is approximately 12 miles south of downtown Boston and 4 miles south of the Rte. 128/I-93 split.
