RJ O’Connell & Associates names Dundon as new president

Stoneham, MA RJ O’Connell & Associates, Inc. (RJOC), a leading civil engineering, land planning, and land surveying firm serving New England since 2004, has named Brian Dundon as president. As president and founding principal, Dundon will now lead the company’s strategic direction while continuing to oversee daily operations.

This leadership transition marks an important milestone for the Stoneham-based firm, known for its expertise in multifamily and commercial development projects throughout the Northeast. Dundon succeeds Rich O’Connell, who founded the company and whose name remains central to the firm’s identity and legacy.

With over 35 years of experience in land development and civil engineering, Dundon brings extensive expertise to his expanded leadership role. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed projects ranging from 10,000 to over 1 million s/f, overseeing all aspects of site/civil engineering services from initial planning through construction completion.
