RM Bradley represents Conn. Children's Medical Center in office expansion
Connecticut Children's Medical Center (CCMC) relocated a portion of its administrative offices from the hospital's Jefferson St. campus to an already established non-medical "satellite campus" in Founders Plaza. CCMC extended its lease at 111 Founders Plaza by 8,817 s/f, increasing its occupancy in the building to 21,817 s/f.
Managing partner and principal Andrew Filler of RM Bradley Brokerage Co. represented Connecticut Children's Medical Center and Goman+York represented the landlord.
