RM Bradley sells 7,600 s/f for $470,000 to US Engineering Solutions
US Engineering Solutions, Inc. purchased 3-9 Lewis St., a 7,600 s/f four-story office building in downtown for $470,000 from Lewis Street Three, LLC.
US Engineering Solutions will use the building for its Connecticut headquarters. In addition, the Law offices of Thomas Gould Page, LLC and Kennelley & Associates, LLC have offices in the building.
Managing partner and principal Andrew Filler of RM Bradley Brokerage Company represented the buyer and Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.
