Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Robert Paul Properties acquires Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Cape Shores Real Estate

Osterville, MA Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Robert Paul Properties, a division of Commonwealth Realty Group, LLC, has completed the acquisition of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Cape Shores Real Estate, one of Cape Cod’s premier real estate and vacation rental brokerages.

Founded in 1998 by Amanda Robinson and Larry Peters, Cape Shores Real Estate started as a small boutique real estate office in the center of Wellfleet. Working with the founders were a loyal and knowledgeable group of Realtors, many of whom are still working with Cape Shores to this day.

After Peters’ passing in 2011, Robinson continued to grow the business and partnered with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in 2014. From the beginning, Cape Shores has earned a strong professional reputation as a real estate leader in the area.

“I love partnering with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices; it is extremely beneficial to the credibility and growth of my business. It was an easy decision to stay with the Berkshire Hathaway brand. Joining Robert Paul will enhance our ability to service our client’s needs more efficiently and effectively. A stronger referral network and access to technological advances through the Robert Paul brand is extremely important to the strength of our company moving forward,” said Robinson.

“We are thrilled to partner with Cape Shores Real Estate. This is an exciting opportunity for our company as we expand our presence in the coastal real estate market. Together, we will create a powerhouse team that will continue to provide unparalleled service and deliver exceptional results to our clients,” said Emily Clark, president of Robert Paul Properties.

“We are honored to welcome Amanda and the entire team of agents of Cape Shores Real Estate to the Commonwealth Realty Group family,” said George Patsio, managing partner of Commonwealth Realty Group, LLC. “This acquisition marks a significant milestone in our company’s growth, and we cannot wait to embark on this journey of success with the talented professionals at Cape Shores Real Estate.”
