Roberts of Fenway Equity represents KS Partners in 12,327 s/f lease to SBLI

KS Partners, LLC has leased 12,327 s/f of office space at its 130 New Boston St. property. Glenn Roberts of Fenway Equities, LLC represented the landlord, KS Partners, LLC and Lawrence Epstein of Colliers Meredith & Grew represented SBLI. "We're extremely pleased with this transaction and are happy to continue our relationship with SBLI. We look forward to having them as a valued tenant in the KS Portfolio", said Roberts. SBLI entered into the five year lease on the second floor of the building.
