Robidoux is promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer of Goman+York

Denise Robidoux

East Hartford, CT Denise Robidoux has been promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer of Goman+York Property Advisors, effective immediately. Robidoux previously served as senior vice president & managing director, asset management & program implementation services.

Tom York said, “Denise has been with us for three years and has repeatedly demonstrated her skill at organizing and managing our operational functions, as well as a deep commitment to excellent client service.” Mike Goman said, “Denise’s many years of diverse management experience enabled her to become a valued part of the G+Y team quickly. It’s been a great pleasure to work alongside Denise in building our business, and we look forward to continuing our work together.”

Denise is a veteran commercial real estate practitioner with decades of experience in property management, marketing, and operations.

Before joining Goman+York, she was the general manager for The Shoppes at Farmington Valley in Canton, CT, a 425,000 square foot lifestyle center. She has a highly skilled and creative background that lends itself well to the demands of commercial real estate, business management, nonprofit development, and small business ownership. Denise holds various certifications that complement her diverse professional experience, including a Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson license.

Denise has served in many leadership roles in industry organizations and is currently the State Director for ICSC – Innovating Commerce Supporting Communities.

Denise’s role as COO will free up the two principal members of the firm, enabling them to continue to be focused on direct interaction with major clients, as well as on marketing and new business development.
